At Smith Reporting we believe in community service. Ms. Smith is involved in many organizations that give back to the Nashville community and society. She volunteers regularly in helping Nashville nonprofit agencies such as Nashville Junior League, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Museum, St. Luke’s Community House, and Greenways For Nashville.

She is currently enjoying internship with the Green Hills YMCA as a board member and is a member of the Nashville Striders running club. She is a member of the Nashville Young Leaders Council Spring 2011 alumni.

Outside of being a court reporter and helping her community, Ms. Smith enjoys being head running coach for the Girls On The Run Nashville Council at JT Moore Middle School. She is also a long distance runner and is currently training to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
